*Please note - this year there will not be a room block set aside by AODO. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We recommend booking rooms through the AAO conference site if possible, or on your own.

2. Type in your name (First/Last) and the appropriate email address

3. “Select List” should be auto-populated with “AODO-L (unlisted)”

4. “Subscription type” is auto-selected as “Regular”

5. Click “Subscribe (AODO-L)” to subscribe or “Unsubscribe (AODO-L)” to unsubscribe

6. A blue message saying “A confirmation request is being sent under separate cover” will appear directly above the information entry box. Please check the registered email address for the confirmation message.
